face of today’s and foreseeable future homogeneous competition,the protection of financial consumer rights and interests has achieved certain results.Under the trend of comprehensive financial reform and the background of China’s increasing research in the field of financial consumer protection,it is not difficult to find that the construction of consumer rights and interests protection system still faces many challenges,and the traditional supervision and governance methods,bank business philosophy and risk control mechanism can not meet the people’s urgent pursuit of their own rights and interests.In the process of transformation and reform of banking institutions,there are three contradictions: first,the contradiction between the diversified development of business varieties and the lagging cognition of consumers’ financial knowledge and consumer education;Second,the contradiction between the rapid transformation from traditional wholesale business to new retail business and the
