Itdiscusses clashes between mixed financial operation and banking consumers’ privacy,and introduces norms of banking consumers’ privacy in GLBA. Finally, it offers a fewconclusions and recommendation to banking consumers’ privacy protection about theco-marketing of the financial holding company in China.Chapter4is the banking consumers’ privacy in Public Banks’ Assistant Duty. On thebasis of combing the existing legislation, it put forward a few conclusions andrecommendation to consumers’ privacy protection in public banks’ assistant duty.
