Under the new situation and the new normal of social development,China’s social order management faces new challenges and concerns.The requirements and expectations of the public order are rising day by day.For a long time,the social public security management is considered to be the main responsibility of public security organs,in practice,however,due to the development of the social situation,and maintenance of public security management of the public security organ police serious shortage,as the other side of the masses in public security management more and more important role in the process of participation in social security management.The interactive behavior of the masses participating in social security management is an important research topic.In practice,the public security organs keep up with the development of The Times and combine with the reality.While doing a good job of interaction in traditional offline real space,they try to promote interaction and communication through online virtual space through network platforms and new media channels.Offline and online interaction plays an important role in harmonizing the relationship between the police and the people and improving the efficiency and quality of police work.With the deepening of interaction,it can also increase the public’s understanding of the work and image of the public security organ,which is conducive to leading the correct direction of public opinion and winning more support from the people.This kind of online and offline interaction between public security organs and the masses builds an interaction ceremony in line with Collins’ research.This paper takes Collins’ interactive ritual chain theory as the theoretical basis of the research,takes the interactive behavior of the masses participating in social security management in H region as the research object,explores and builds a new interactive ritual model,and analyzes the current situation and results of the interaction.This paper focuses on how and what kind of interactive ritual chain is constructed by the masses in rural areas in the interactive process of participating in social security management.At the same time,based on the actual design of relevant questionnaires,the factors influencing the formation of the interactive ritual chain are deeply explored.In H area of the masses to participate in social public security management reality,adopt the method of measures,the effect and the deep-seated problems existed in the empirical analysis research,in view of the lack of interaction of the body is present,emphatically focus setting dislocation,lack of emotional sharing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures to optimize path,Make every effort to provide reference and try for promoting the innovation of social public order management.
