| At present,China is in the historical intersection period of the "two centenary goals".With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,social dynamism and informatization have brought great changes.The traditional police operation mechanism has gradually been unable to meet the needs of the new era of public security work,and a series of unsuitable problems have emerged.These maladjustments are due to the lag of ideas,the gap of ability and quality,the restriction of cooperation and co governance,and the shortage of police security.They not only restrict the innovation and development of police work,but also cannot give full play to the value and efficiency of police work.It is urgent to explore a new police operation mechanism.In order to solve these problems that have long plagued and affected the development of public security work,the Framework Opinions on Several Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of Public Security,which was reviewed and adopted in 2015,proposed to build a modern police operation mechanism that is compatible with the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics,so as to basically form a systematic,scientific,standardized and effective police operation mechanism,and realize the informatization of public security foundation,the practice of policing,and the standardization of law enforcement Regularize the team.As an agency of the grass-roots organization of the public security department,the police station is a comprehensive combat entity at the forefront of fighting against crimes,protecting the people,and sensing the pulse of society.Because of its characteristics of dispatch,foundation,and comprehensiveness,it determines that any reform of the public security organ must take the police station as the final destination,and the results and quality of the reform of the police station directly determine the quality of the entire public security reform.Nanchang B Police Station took advantage of the situation to actively explore and boldly practice,comprehensively promoted the reform of the police operation mechanism and achieved some results,but also exposed some problems.Under the guidance of the theory of no growth improvement of police force and the theory of new public management,this thesis uses the methods of literature research,case study and interview research to systematically analyze the problems and causes of the police operation mechanism of B Police Station through the research on the problems of the police operation mechanism of Nanchang B Police Station,and tries to put forward suggestions to improve the police operation mechanism of Nanchang Public Security Station.This thesis is divided into six parts: The first chapter is an introduction,which roughly introduces the background and significance of the reform of the police operation mechanism of the police station,and then determines the research ideas and direction of this thesis by referring to the research situation of the reform of the police operation mechanism at home and abroad;The second chapter is related concepts and theories,mainly introducing the concepts of police stations and police operation mechanisms,as well as the theory of non growth improvement of police force and the new public management theory;The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the police operation mechanism of B Police Station in Nanchang City;The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the police operation mechanism of B Police Station in Nanchang City;The fifth chapter is about the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the police operation mechanism of Nanchang grass-roots police stations;The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this thesis. |
