Research On Structure-adjusting And Transportation-organizing Of Road Passenger Transportation Between Provinces

In the light of kinds of shortcomings came out from passenger transport between provinces, this paper analyzed the tendency of road passenger transport market thoroughly, then proposed the basic thinking and main contents of how to adjust the passenger transport structure.That is in light of scientific conformity of resources to enhance the organizational level of the whole industry, try its best to handle with the relationship among the enterprises , vehicles, business targets and management successfully, bring the advantages of road passenger transport into full play, make it keep vigorous competitions and healthy developing. And improving its service and managements to cater to needs of the market and make big contribute to national economy and society.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter gave a brief account of our national road passenger transport between provinces, which work as basic industry in national economy and main force of universal transportation.The second chapter analyzed the present conditions and main problems from six parts of the development of road passenger transport between provinces, that is industry centralization, layout of transport supply, supplementary facilities, organization of production, service and human resources.The third chapter proposed the target, principal and main measures to the structure adjustments.In forth chapter, this paper proposed the corresponding views about the inventiveness of transport organization model, which is the key point of the passenger transport business.The last chapter of this paper is a case- "Yueyu special line model' to expound above mentioned views. Author took part in the drafting and carrying out this case. At last author made a conclusion of the case's gains and loss, advantages and disadvantages.
