Research On The Innovation Of Elderly Care Service Model For A Community In Chengdu

China has entered the process of population aging,accompanied by the characteristics of a very large base for the elderly,a very rapid population growth,and old age before getting rich.Since the 1990 s,China has begun to explore elderly care services.The community elderly care service model is one of the ways to explore.This model takes the family as the core,takes the community as the carrier and relies on,and professionally provides pension services for the elderly,which has become the mainstream pension model at present.However,the level of public services in most communities is still low,and fewer enterprises participate in community pensions,which limits the development of the old-age industry and the elderly care needs of the elderly in the community cannot be effectively met.This thesis takes the A community of Chengdu as the research object.Community A has the typical characteristics of population aging,and there are more prominent contradictions in community pension.In order to further analyze the reasons,the thesis mainly investigates the elderly in the community and their stakeholders through research and interviews,mainly from the aspects of the comparison of supply and demand of elderly care services.It analyzes that the main reasons for the prominent contradiction between elderly care in A community are: scattered elderly care resources,single service content,insufficient market-oriented operation,and cumbersome service processes.According to the findings,the thesis draws on the typical model of community pension at home and abroad,and believes that the innovation of the A community elderly service model should adhere to the principles of public welfare,sustainable development,demand satisfaction and resource integration.Combined with the current policy of Chengdu and the reality of A community,the thesis puts forward the A community pension service model: smart + community social enterprise.This model takes intelligent means as technical support and solves the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of community old-age services through the establishment of A community social enterprises.This mode can integrate resources,build a service platform,and optimize the service process,and provide multiple service offerings based on demand.The value proposition of this model is to provide more professional and service choices of community pension products for the elderly and their families in A community,so as to meet the needs of providing for the aged and promote the harmonious development of the community.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the “ Smart + Community Social Enterprise” model,this thesis expounds three key measures,namely,the establishment of community social organizations,the construction of a smart elderly care system,and the establishment of community elderly care service centers.
