A Study On Emergency Management Of Public Health Of Universities In Fuzhou

In recent years,with the expansion of universities in Fuzhou and the increasing number of teachers and students,maintaining campus stability has become an important part of regional stability.Subsequently,there are more and more emergent cases occurring in universities so that campus crisis management has become an important part of public management.Especially in the context of the fact that COVID-19 has not yet ended,the outbreak of public health emergencies on campus always arouses widespread concern in the community.Through the investigation on the emergency management of public health of universities in Fuzhou,it is found that although they have enhanced their crisis awareness,organizational ability and executive ability,they ignore that the emergency management is a dynamic and comprehensive system.Also,they are often passive in dealing with emergencies,and lack scientific pre-warning mechanism,standardized in-process emergency response and appropriate post dredging.Some universities have negative news,which affects their social reputation and image of running schools.This paper uses the research methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire to explore the emergency management theory of dealing with emergent cases of public health in universities.Through the interview and investigation of the parties and their close contacts,the person in charge of emergency treatment,staff and other students,this paper summarizes the current situations of emergency management of public health of universities in Fuzhou.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.In the first part,it mainly outlines the core theory of emergency management of public health emergencies in colleges and universities,as well as the definition of related concepts,as the theoretical basis of this investigation.In the second part,it introduces the basic situation of universities in Fuzhou and some specific cases of public health emergencies,analyzing the main causes.In the third part,it analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the emergency management of public health emergencies in private universities in Fuzhou from four aspects: early warning mechanism,the ability of crisis handling,dredging work and information communication.In the fourth part,it mainly introduces the characteristics and effective experience of public health management of universities in the United States,Britain and Japan.In the fifth part,it explores the optimization strategies of public health emergency management of universities in Fuzhou from the perspectives of integrating ideas and strengthening system guarantee,integrating emergency organizations and building accountability mechanism,optimizing and reengineering emergency linkage,building information sharing and communication mechanism,strengthening safety education for teachers and students and strengthening psychological support.Through this investigation and case analysis,it not only provides strong support for improving the emergency management theory of local private universities,but also provides effective reference for the disposal of other campus emergencies,and maintains the harmonious,orderly and stable development of universities.
