Study On The Prevention And Control Optimization Of Rural Social Security In Yangxin County

As one of the world’s largest agricultural countries in the country,household registration statistics show 900 million farmers,accounting for the majority.Therefore,the development of rural areas affects the national level of development,but the development of rural areas is also inseparable from a stable social environment.With the development of market economy and the progress of human society,people’s demand for a better life is becoming more and more extensive,including the farmers’ demand for a safe living environment.In order to build a safe countryside and ensure the rapid and healthy development of rural social economy,major policy arrangements for the implementation were made in the report of the 19 th CPC Rural revitalization strategy.The rural revitalization strategy calls for further improving the prevention and control of rural social security,promoting the sinking of rural social security prevention and control forces,and building safe villages.However,with the development of the new countryside,many new social security problems and hidden dangers have emerged in the countryside.Faced with the transformation of the new rural development form and the new public security situation,the original system and mechanism and working mode are lagging behind,we urgently need to promote grassroots social governance innovation,further optimize the prevention and control of rural social security,effectively maintain the stability of rural social security,and constantly improve the sense of security of hundreds of millions of farmers.This study takes system theory and collaborative governance theory as the theoretical cornerstone,and literature data method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to study the rural social security and prevention and control situation in Yangxin County under the background of rural revitalization strategy.First of all,through the relevant literature on social security prevention and control at home and abroad,the relevant theoretical basis that can be used as a reference for this study is found.Second,through the questionnaire survey and collect relevant data of yangxin county rural social security situation,rural social security prevention and control construction situation,research and from the prevention and control object,patrol force and information construction summarizes the yangxin county public security prevention and control construction practice and results,parse the yangxin rural need to further improve the necessity of social security prevention and control.Then,the main problems of rural social security prevention and control in Yangxin County are not obvious prevention and control,inadequate object control,weak social patrol force and relatively backward information construction.The reasons for these problems are further analyzed,including insufficient attention,weak awareness of coordination of prevention and control subjects,insufficient training of information personnel,insufficient financial guarantee and so on.Based on the above research analysis,finally,from play the role of multiple prevention and control system,strengthen the object comprehensive control,optimize the pattern of rural social surface scouts,speed up the construction of video surveillance,building security prevention and control early warning closed-loop system and improve the diversified fund security mechanism optimization yangxin rural social security prevention and control countermeasures.
