Research On The Construction Of Social Security Prevention And Control System In Shahekou District Of Dalian City

In recent years,China’s urbanization process is accelerating,a large number of migrant populations gathered in the city,all kinds of malignant events,safety accidents,group events emerge in endlessly,which not only increases the difficulty of social security prevention and control,but also brings new challenges to China’s in-depth promotion of social governance innovation and legalization.China regards the prevention and control system of social security at the grass-roots level as an important component of China under the rule of law and safe China.Local governments are required to grasp the pulse of the times,break through the mindset,and accelerate the establishment of the prevention and control system framework of social security at the grass-roots level in line with the expectations of "six guarantees" and "six stabilities" under the new situation,so as to provide a strong guarantee for social governance at the grass-roots level.Based on the above background,this paper selects Shahekou District of Dalian City as the research object,combined with the public security theory,social governance theory and service-oriented government theory,systematically expounds the grass-roots social governance and social security prevention and control system,uses the questionnaire survey method and game analysis theory to explore the construction status of the social governance prevention and control system in Shahekou District,and excavates the Shahe River from the perspective of the public The prevention and control mechanism of social security in Hukou district needs to be improved,the social linkage is insufficient,the information sharing is not sufficient,and the prevention and control foundation is not solid.Based on the above argument,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of improving the prevention and control mechanism,strengthening the team building,increasing the use of science and technology,and introducing the concept of rule of law,so as to solve the difficulties in the construction of social security prevention and control system in Shahekou District,and provide reference for the construction of intelligent,three-dimensional and rule of law social security prevention and control system.
