As a crucial part of performance management,performance evaluation is also an important method for improving efficiency in enterprise strategic management and even the entire industry.It can appropriately reflect the overall operational level of the enterprise and the entire industry.Both enterprises and organizations are formulating their own strategies and development directions,actively seeking scientific,reasonable,and appropriate performance evaluation systems.Through indepth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of strategic performance management of the case enterprise BOCO Inter-Telecom Co.,Ltd.,and actively exploring the relationship between communication enterprise strategy and performance management,this article explains how to optimize and improve strategic performance to promote the effectiveness of strategic performance management in the communication industry.This article adopts the method of combining theory with practice and case analysis.Through point to surface analysis,and through targeted recommendations for the selected case enterprises,it is believed that strategic performance guidance should achieve the transformation from management to service,and should have long-term,reasonable,and scientific nature.Other relevant suggestions and measures are proposed.In addition to continuously strengthening the construction of performance management systems for communication enterprises themselves,government departments should also continuously improve their own capabilities and levels,in order to provide better and higher quality services for the communication industry.The government considers different development indicators for communication enterprises in addition to economic indicators,taking into account inclusive development,sustainable development,and corporate social responsibility,which are public utility and social welfare elements.It emphasizes multi-objective coordination and long-term stable guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
