In recent years,with the increasingly serious threat of terrorism in China,research in relevant fields has also been carried out in succession.However,due to the complexity of the special environment of cities,China’s research on the relevant work of anti-terrorism and stability maintenance operations under ur-ban conditions is not enough.With the development of the Internet and the rise of simulation technology,there are more and more applications of simul.ation models in the military field.Through the urban anti-terrorism simulation model,the combat scenes of both sides can be simulated in a real and efficient manner,providing a series of real urban anti-terrorism and stability maintenance operation evaluation work.Simulated data such as damage,loss,consumption,etc.The simulation model is characterized by complexity and non-intuitiveness,which brings many problems and difficulties to the effectiveness evaluation of the counter-terrorism and stability maintenance program.In this paper,aiming at the needs of the simulation data evaluation and analysis of the urban anti-terrorism and stability maintenance action plan,an in-depth study of the commonly used effectiveness evaluation analysis and classification prediction methods in the military field,aiming at the strong subjective randomness of the weight determination in the effectiveness evaluation method,the accuracy of the efficiency calculation algorithm and the program In the classification model,the classification accuracy rate is low and the generalization ability is not strong.The research focuses on the efficiency evaluation technology and the scheme classification prediction technology.In addition,combined with the deficiencies of the current effectiveness assessment system,an effectiveness assessment system based on the simulation model of urban anti-terrorism is designed and implemented.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Aiming at the problem that the current multi-index weighting algorithm is too subjective and random,and the simple combination of subjective and objective weights leads to a single weighting result,a multiindex comprehensive weighting algorithm is proposed.The algorithm first re-objectifies the subjective weight obtained in the AHP method,then comprehensively considers the influence of factors such as expert authority,program data category,and fusion method on the weight,and finally introduces the game theory method to integrate the weight vector set to obtain the subjective weight.Objective comprehensive weight.2.In view of the differences in the calculation results of different types of simulation data in the existing program performance evaluation methods,combined with the multi-index comprehensive weighting algorithm,a classification weighted improved TOPSIS program performance evaluation algorithm is proposed,which solves the program to a certain extent.The effect of categories on performance evaluation.3.Aiming at the problems of unbalanced scheme simulation data,low accuracy rate and weak generalization ability of single classification model,an improved Stacking integrated learning scheme classification model based on ADAS YN method is proposed.The feasibility and superiority of the classification model in the classification and application of urban antiterrorism and stability maintenance schemes are verified by ablation experiments and comparative experiments.4.Design and implement a plan effectiveness evaluation system,which can be used for index weighting,plan effectiveness evaluation and classification analysis,and other urban stability maintenance action plan decision-making work.After testing,the system can meet the daily plan effectiveness evaluation and evaluation of researchers.Requirements for scheme classification analysis.
