With the further development of the internet,internet+has infiltrated all walks of life,and diversified forms of internet education and training have been realized in the education and training industry,promoting the integration and redistribution of educational resources across industries and regions,enriching educational operation mode and creating new educational organization forms,so that education can better meet the needs of the educated.The promulgation and implementation of the "double reduction" policy in the education industry has not only brought great changes to off-campus training,but also brought new challenges to the management of off-campus training.Among them,the new educational model of "internet+education" has attracted the attention of the whole country,and the state has promulgated a number of policies to support it.However,teacher management is not only the main factor that exerts direct influence on the education industry,but also guides the development direction of education in the future.Therefore,classroom management has important connotation and value in the future.This paper takes the internet education teachers as the research object,through the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview,found that the internet education enterprise to the classroom management standard phenomenon,the main factor is:the recruitment process standard is missing,the training effect is not obvious,the promotion mechanism is unreasonable,and so on,in addition,from the teachers themselves,also exists the problem of low academic level,teaching ability.In order to analyze the causes of the above problems,this study bases its analysis on three aspects:government,industry and teachers.First,the government has not enacted laws and regulations related to the supervision mechanism of internet education.Secondly,the management concept of internet education administrators needs to be updated,and in the process of pursuing the economic benefits,teachers’ quality supervision is ignored,which leads to no reasonable teacher appraisal mechanism within the organization.Finally,teachers do not pay enough attention to improving their own professional ethics and accomplishment,mainly because of the lack of achievement in economic and professional achievements.All in all,this research has put forward some relevant suggestions,such as:strengthening relevant laws and regulations,clarifying responsible subjects,and monitoring mechanism of component science.There are the following contents from the trade:construct the "teacher-centered"management concept,optimize the teaching force,perfect the recruitment mechanism,concretize the specific requirements of teacher recruitment and evaluation,improve the recruitment process,attach importance to the teacher training system and the components of the training content,and optimize the way of teacher promotion;From the teacher’s own point of view,there are the following contents:strengthen the teacher’s selfimprovement,improve professional ethics training and professional ability level,further improve professional ethics responsibility and enhance professional ethics cognition. |
