"Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Education" clearly states that "private education is a part of socialist education and belongs to public welfare undertakings".As the carrier of private education,private colleges and universities play a key role in cultivating talents.In recent years,under the new situation of deepening reform of education system and continuous transformation of economic and social development,administrative personnel of private colleges and universities in our country have been increasing continuously.Due to heavy work burden,work pressure and other reasons,it appears different degrees of job burnout,which on the one hand will lead to their own work,there will be loss,depression and other negative emotions,and then develop to have an impact on their own,on the other hand,it will lead to the construction of university administrative staff blocked,not conducive to the continuous improvement of school level and education quality.The theoretical basis of this paper is based on the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the problem of job burnout.The administrative personnel of private colleges and universities in Shandong Province are selected as the research object.Maslach’s job burnout measurement questionnaire MBI,which is widely used in the world,is used as the measurement basis.This paper measures the actual situation of job burnout of administrative personnel in the university from the perspective of personal achievement and emotional exhaustion,and makes an in-depth analysis of its influencing factors from the aspects of individual factors and organizational factors.Based on this,it puts forward the safeguard measures to alleviate the problem of job burnout of administrative personnel.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the primary administrative staff of this school mainly have such job burnout problems as emotional exhaustion,loss of career enthusiasm,negative attitude and boredom,low sense of work achievement and no motivation.Through questionnaire survey and interview analysis,it is found that the influencing factors of job burnout of administrative personnel in private colleges and universities in Shandong Province are mainly caused by organizational factors such as unreasonable post setting,lack of incentive mechanism,lack of career development,low organizational identity and individual factors such as lack of experience and ability,unclear career development planning,high job expectations,poor psychological endurance and so on.In view of the above problems and reasons,this paper proposes an optimization plan for job burnout.At the organizational level,we should arrange jobs scientifically,improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,open up the training and promotion channels,and attach importance to the recognition of administrative personnel.At the individual level,we should strengthen learning to improve career advantages,scientific planning of personal development and career development,enhance their own professional cognition and responsibility,and improve their own awareness and psychological quality.Finally,from the three aspects of system guarantee,cultural guarantee and aid mechanism guarantee,we can ensure the effective implementation of the job burnout optimization plan of administrative personnel in Shandong private colleges and universities,so as to slow down the problem of job burnout of administrative personnel,so as to promote the related administrative work more efficient and provide support for the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
