| With the continuous advancement and in-depth development of the work of strictly governing the Party,it has become an urgent task for the Party’s construction to comprehensively promote the integration of Party building into all aspects of school-running development in private colleges and universities.Under the current new historical stage,how to actively and steadily implement the arrangement of the Party Central Committee to manage the Party and govern the Party,and how to consolidate the position of the Party organization as the political core in the development of school running is a subject worthy of further exploration.Based on the construction of the party’s basic-level organization in the private colleges more outstanding T college as a case study,results in xi against guidance and a new era of party construction in colleges and universities "5+2" party construction theory,the new layout as the main research in the path of construction goal,construction situation,logic framework,literature and theory,and aims at the research object T college to carry out the investigation and study analysis,this paper focus around T college party construction status quo,summarize the experience,problem analysis and path optimization research.Through questionnaire and interview two kinds of method of empirical research on the present situation and problems of the empirical case of grass-root party construction,through detailed analysis of the difference of the found T college after 17 years of rapid development,the party organizations in enhancing political core position,strengthening the construction of their own,and steadily push forward the school outstanding results were obtained in healthy development of various undertakings,etc;At the same time,it is also found that T College still has weak links in political theory study,cadre team construction,general party branch construction of the school(department),party member education management and other aspects.Through the in-depth study of the case and the combination of literature and materials,this paper summarizes the commonalities and characteristics of T College and other private universities in the construction of grass-roots Party organizations,and draws the optimal path for private universities to strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations under the background of the new era:highlighting political functions and enhancing political leadership;Taking ideological and political work as the starting point,we should carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue;Strengthen organization construction,stimulate the function of political battle fort;We will improve our work style and create a clean political environment. |
