Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party construction and ideological and political work in colleges and universities have been continuously strengthened and improved.As the backbone of ideological and political education for college students,college counselors have made some achievements in their team construction.As high school students daily ideological and political education of university counselors and the organizers,practitioners,director of the management work,in the ideological and political education for students in daily behavior standards,management of played an irreplaceable role,but is affected by various factors,run by the local high attrition rate of headteachers’ construction is still outstanding problems in the development of private colleges.In view of this,based on extensive review of relevant literature and policy documents,this paper takes A private college in Jiangxi province as an example and conducts A questionnaire survey on the stability status of all full-time first-line counselors in the school through literature research,questionnaire survey,personal interview and other methods.Personal interviews were conducted with the leaders in charge of student management of the school,relevant staff of the student affairs Office and A small number of retired counselors,and first-hand data were collected on the construction status of the counselor team in A private college in Jiangxi and factors affecting the stability of the counselor team.Then,based on the two-factor theory,equity theory,Maslow’s demand theory and other relevant theories,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the stability of the counselor team and the reasons for the loss of the counselor team,and analyzes the reasons behind the loss of the counselor team in Jiangxi private colleges and universities.Finally,the perspective of new public management,under the guide of relevant theories,put forward by raising wages,improving the social security system,optimize the environment of work measures such as optimizing hygiene factors and strengthen the construction of professional specialization and perfect incentive factors such as the promotion system can effectively reduce the private colleges in Jiangxi province counselor turnover rate,stable run by the local college counselors team. |
