| The beautiful countryside in the new era is an important symbol of Chinese agricultural and rural modernization.Since its launch in 2013,the construction of beautiful villages has carried an important task of the rural revitalization strategy,and has also constituted an important part of the national modernization drive.Gradually form a beautiful rural development model in which the agricultural industrial structure,farmers’ production and lifestyle and agricultural resources and environment are coordinated.In May 2022,the state released the Implementation Plan for Rural Construction Action,which will inject new momentum into building a beautiful village suitable for living and working.Based on the practical basis of the construction of beautiful villages in the West Coast New Area,combined with the overall deployment of the country and Shandong Province for the construction of beautiful villages,and in accordance with the relevant policies such as the Rural New Community and Beautiful Village Development Plan(2015-2030),the Notice of Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Beautiful Countryside,this study systematically combed the natural and policy basis of the construction of beautiful villages in the West Coast New Area,and the achievements of tea trees.It reveals the problems in the construction of beautiful villages in the West Coast New Area,such as the lack of diversity of participants,the weak driving force of leading industries,and the lagging support of infrastructure.On the basis of summarizing the Anji model,Yongjia model,Gaochun model,Ningjiang model,etc.,the main practices of beautiful rural construction in typical areas are sorted out,Proposed the construction of a long-term mechanism for the construction of beautiful rural areas in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao,which includes "two persistence,two strengthening,three entry points,and five improvements".Among them,adhering to infrastructure and institutional construction is fundamental,strengthening cultural guidance and demonstration drive is guarantee,diversified participation,rural planning,and characteristic industries are paths,and overall improvement of village appearance,prosperity,civilized rural style,strong organization,and standardized management are goals. |
