Research On Digital Promotion Strategy Of Social Governance In Qingdao West Coast New Area

Grass roots social governance is the basic link in the modern governance system and the only way for the government to comprehensively improve its social governance capacity.To improve the intelligent level of social governance,the core is to use digital and other information technologies to strengthen the construction of digital society and digital government,so that social governance can serve different social groups more accurately and efficiently.The main contents of this study are as follows: First of all,through the collection and sorting of domestic and foreign literature,master the research on digitalization,social governance and digitalization of social governance in domestic and foreign academia.Based on digital governance theory,collaborative governance theory and holistic governance theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of social governance and digitalization in Qingdao West Coast New Area,using interview and questionnaire survey methods,The promotion,problems and causes of the digitalization of social governance in the New Area are analyzed in depth.Through research,it is found that in the New Area,there are problems such as insufficient initiative to promote social governance through digitalization,lack of connectivity and sharing of relevant information between government departments,insufficient participation of social forces in governance,lack of compound digitalized talents,and the risk of personal privacy exposure of citizens brought by digitalization.In view of the above problems and their causes,on the basis of defining the goals and implementation principles of digital social governance,this paper puts forward targeted digital social governance promotion strategies from the aspects of creating an overall efficient digital service,collecting data sharing with unified standards,consolidating the basic support of multi-dimensional connectivity,and forming an accurate and efficient early warning network;It also puts forward safeguard measures from four aspects: activating the governance environment through multiple and cooperative governance,introducing and cultivating talents of digital governance,spreading the construction of safe and reliable digital infrastructure,and strictly implementing the supervision and inspection of digital governance.Through the research and writing of this paper,I hope to provide valuable reference for Qingdao West Coast New Area and even the whole country to promote the innovation of grass-roots social governance under the digital background,and provide strong support for promoting the digital process of social governance in China.
