Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Suzhou Municipal Government’s We Media Governance In The Securities Industry

Since the beginning of these years,with the rapid development of the financial market and the continuous innovation of financial products,the scale and transaction volume of various securities,futures,derivatives and other business types in the entire market have continued to increase.On the one hand,through the superimposed effect of Internet technology,more and more organizations and individuals embed Internet thinking into traditional financial services,guiding and improving financial institutions to improve their service capabilities and service quality.On the other hand,there are also a small number of organizations or people who use the convenience and concealment of the Internet,through cloud media,We Chat and other self-media forms.and provide diversified financial services to the public in violation of regulations,which have profoundly affected the stability of my country’s financial market.Based on the government’s perspective as the main body of market supervision,this study starts with the problems existing in the development of the securities industry in Suzhou,and attempts to clarify the current situation of the we-media development in the securities industry under the government regulation theory and public opinion governance theory.Various problems arising in the development of the industry from the media,so as to clarify the specific scope of research.At the same time,starting from various subjects participating in the securities market we-media,through the use of questionnaires and interviews,we explore the root causes of the government’s problems in we-media governance,so as to clarify that the current government governance lags behind the development of we-media.Reality,lack of systematic and comprehensive planning in the daily governance of we-media and other issues,finally combined with the advanced experience of other regions or city governments at home and abroad on the governance of we-media in the securities industry,put forward a proposal including establishing a scientific governance concept based on goals,and ideologically Countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening self-governance,encouraging diverse participation in the market,and optimizing the law enforcement mechanism in practice.This study hopes to provide some concrete practical support for governments at all levels in the securities industry’s self-media governance,so as to provide reference and reference for improving the government’s law enforcement level in self-media governance and improving the governance mechanism.
