| Turnover study is a very important problem in human resource management. Turnover include turnover intention and turnover behavior. Thus, antecedent variables of turnover intention and accommodating variables of turnover behavior are mainly study in turnover.By the principles and questionnaire design and investigate and statistics, this article studied Guangdong telecom industry group. The results showed that: the antecedent variables of turnover intention consists of five factors which are job, benefit, development, life and relationship. And accommodating variables of turnover behavior consists external factor and internal factor. Organization should design plans of employer turnover to help group management. |
