The new human resource manager Anny Chen of company A is confronted with her first problem when she received a group resignation letter from 11 staffs of sales department. Before that, She has found that the employee turnover rate of the company is 26.1% last year. So she decided to analyze the current situation by investigating job satisfaction and face to face talking.This thesis center around the main reasons and the cost of high resignation in the company in the aspect of society, enterprise and individual by using the Mobley model and Flamoltz cost model of employee's resignation.Based on analysis of the inside and outside situation of the company A, we got the following conclusion to prevent the company from high resignation.1.Put forward the company's human resource planning.2.Promise that employee is the most important fortune in the company.3.Taking the police of maintaining, grow and obtain.4.Evaluate the compensation policy again.5.Fulfill the desire of employee.6.Pay attention to recruitment process.7.Establish dynamic job analyze system. 8.Make career programming for employee.
