Volunteer service is an ordinary and great activity.It is one of the important practical paths for people to practice noble morality,an important carrier and effective way to cultivate virtue and cultivate people,and also an important way to cultivate new people in the era.As an important component of the development of volunteer service,college student volunteer service should have a deep understanding of new goals and requirements,actively participate in volunteer service activities,and contribute to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Therefore,studying the current situation and countermeasures of college student volunteer service in the new era is of great significance.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research method,historical analysis method and questionnaire survey method to conduct research,and according to Marx’s human theory,the CPC people and Chinese excellent traditional culture on voluntary service and other related theories,to promote social stability,promote civic moral construction,voluntary service to promote labor happiness,promote the cultivation of college students’ sense of responsibility and promote the generation of college students’rule consciousness as the necessity of voluntary service.Based on the analysis and summary of the survey results of some universities in Hebei Province,it is found that volunteer services exhibit a good spiritual outlook for college students,and their volunteer service scale has expanded.However,overall,college students lack a deep understanding of volunteer service,participate in a relatively single type of volunteer service activities,have insufficient initiative to participate,and their practice of volunteer service is not sustainable enough.Looking at the essence through phenomena,it is found that these problems are caused by the joint influence of external and internal factors.Among them,one of the external factors is that the cultural atmosphere of college students’ voluntary service is not strong enough,Western social trends are constantly infiltrating,and the provision of social service resources is insufficient,resulting in adverse social environment problems;The second lies in the lack of systematic cultivation caused by the need to improve the level of professionalism in volunteer services,strengthen publicity efforts,and improve the cultivation mechanism;The third lies in the negative impact of diverse network information,the negative effects brought about by the phenomenon of pan entertainment,and the complex network environment problems caused by virtual social evasion;The fourth reason is that some college students have a self-centered awareness and lack of self-cultivation due to the need to improve their volunteer service ability.By analyzing the reasons for the problems in volunteer service,we aim to explore practical and effective strategies for college student volunteer service in the new era.Finally,social support is provided by strengthening the guidance and guidance of volunteer service,establishing and improving legal protection for volunteer service,and vigorously disseminating good stories of volunteer service;Provide educational support by strengthening professional skills training in volunteer service,innovating practical models of college student volunteer service,and improving the evaluation mechanism of college student volunteer service;Provide network support by building a volunteer service network platform,combining cloud volunteer services with micro volunteer services,and providing personalized customized volunteer services for online orders;By deepening the correct understanding of volunteer service among college students,enriching their multidimensional emotions in volunteer service,and encouraging them to actively participate in volunteer service activities and provide self support,we will explore countermeasures for the practice of volunteer service among college students.
