| The spirit of struggle is an important part of China’s fine traditional culture.It is also the fine tradition and political essence of our party.It is also the spiritual support that guides university students in the new era to realize the Chinese Dream Chinese Dream.As the main body of college students in the new era,post-00s college students are the practitioners and successors of the future socialist cause construction.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.This part from the new era of the overall background,in the theoretical and practical level revealed the significance of the topic.The author systematically combs the domestic and foreign research on the struggle spirit of college students.On the whole,it establishes the research train of thought of“Combing the relevant theories-analyzing the present situation-mining the causes-coping strategies”,and adopts various research methods to make the research have distinct characteristics of the times and subjectivity.The second part,related theoretical research.According to the report of the 19th and 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and social reality,this paper interprets the connotation and characteristics of the new era and struggle spirit.And summarizes the characteristics of the post-00s college students in the new era,such as pragmatic values but weak ideals and beliefs of some people,strong dependence on the internet but the ability to adapt to the reality to be improved,and the dual coexistence of“Hot-blooded struggle” and“Buddha system lying flat”,and reveals the spiritual source of college students’ struggle spirit from the struggle thoughts contained in Marxist classic writers,the CPC people and Chinese excellent traditional culture.It makes a good beginning for deepening this research in the theoretical level.The third part,the Present Situation Analysis.By issuing e-questionnaires on the spirit of struggle to six different types of universities in Tianjin,and consulting the relevant questionnaires of other authoritative survey institutions,on the basis of statistical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire,it is found that the struggle spirit of the current“Post-00s” college students performs well on the whole,but there are still many“After 00” college students in the struggle to understand,the goal of struggle,the will to struggle,struggle in practice problems.The fourth part,the cause of formation analysis.Based on the results of the questionnaire,the paper concludes that the social factors,the imperfection of the cultivation of university students’ struggle spirit and the bias of the child discipline concept are all external causes that affect the struggle spirit of university students,but the basic reason that affects the struggle spirit of college students mainly lies in college students themselves.The fifth part,the cultivation countermeasures.Corresponding to the fourth part,we should optimize the social environment and correct the social ethos,strengthen school education and improve the education system,pay attention to child discipline and cultivate the habit of struggle Finally,we should enhance the main role of self-education,strengthen the value of guidance.Through the above-mentioned measures,the post-00s college students should face up to the misunderstanding of fight,clarify the aim of fight,firm the will of fight and carry out the practice of struggle,so as to train new generations with struggle spirit. |
