| "University-enterprise cooperation" is an inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational education.In order to implement the Policy on Promoting university-enterprise Cooperation and Promoting the Integration of Industry and Education,S Province actively carries out "university-enterprise Cooperation" in Higher Vocational Education.However,in practice,"university-enterprise Cooperation" has been greatly limited.There are still many imperfections in its mode operation.Therefore,from the perspective of public governance theory,it is of great practical significance to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem of the "university-enterprise cooperation" model.Through the investigation and research of G School in S Province,the current situation and problems of the "university-enterprise cooperation" model of G School are investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey,interview method,case analysis and other research methods.The study found that G school mainly has modern apprenticeship system,enterprise top-the-job internship,co-construction of talent training bases and other university-enterprise cooperation methods,which have played a role in promoting student employment,enterprise recruitment and school skills and vocational training.However,there are also problems such as imperfect networked cooperation mechanism,insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate in university-enterprise cooperation,weak university-enterprise cooperation ability,and lack of interactive communication platform for university-enterprise cooperation.From the perspective of public governance theory,we explore the many reasons for the problems of the "university-enterprise cooperation" model,mainly including the imperfect management model of the school itself,the weakening of the leading role of the government,and the low social attention.In view of the crux of the development of enterprise cooperation between vocational colleges and universities,corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem.First of all,from the perspective of the government,we should strengthen the government’s policy incentives and guarantees,improve laws and regulations,establish special rules and regulations to restrain them,attach importance to the particularity of the "university-enterprise cooperation" model of vocational colleges,promote cooperation between enterprises and schools,guarantee multi-channel funds,local governments provide inter-school cooperation for inter-school exchange and learning between vocational colleges,multi-channel fund guarantees,and the local government should build a platform for exchange and further training for higher vocational colleges and universities.Secondly,from the perspective of vocational colleges,it is necessary to make full use of the advantages of higher vocational colleges and universities in "university-enterprise" to establish professional administrative organizations,and strengthen the management of students;strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the staffing system,constantly optimize training plans,and highlight regional characteristics.Third,from the standpoint of enterprises,promote enterprises to establish a good relationship between schools and enterprises.Enterprises take the initiative to assume social responsibility,enhance their own strength,improve social competitiveness,and strengthen two-way communication between school and enterprise personnel.Fourth,from the perspective of society,improve the social participation of vocational college-enterprise cooperation,build a scientific evaluation system and supervision system,promote cooperation between schools and enterprises,and strengthen the functions of industry associations.Build a compensation incentive mechanism for the participation of industry enterprises. |
