Research On Management Mechanism Of University-enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Under the background of developing vocational education vigorously,school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to run vocational education well and train skilled professionals who can adapt to regional economic development.However,the existing management mechanism in China fails to guarantee and promote the smooth development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,and restricts the development of cooperation to a certain extent.Through the research,I hope to find the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,and find the ideas and methods to solve the problems by referring to the successful experience of developed countries and the analysis of practical cases,so as to better promote the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises in China and achieve the goal of talent training of vocational education.This paper studies the operation mechanism,dynamic mechanism and supervision mechanism of university-industry cooperation through literature analysis,comparative analysis and case study,guided by the theory of collaboration and the theory of ecology of education.First of all,through the analysis of the development status of the school-enterprise cooperation management mechanism in higher vocational colleges in China,points out its advantages and disadvantages in the school-enterprise cooperation management.Secondly,through the analysis of the management status and practical cases of the school-enterprise cooperation of GUANGXI A Vocational and Technical College,this paper expounds the results achieved in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,and analyzes the results and areas that can be improved.Finally,on this basis,based on the regional economic development and industrial development of talent demand and change,rethink the way of cooperation and management mode of school and enterprise,put forward to attach importance to the development of vocational education,to achieve a win-win situation of school and enterprise;Draw lessons from foreign advanced experience to set up scientific and efficient management institutions,improve school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism;By increasing policy incentives,improving relevant security systems,and taking the "1+ X" certificate system pilot work as an opportunity to implement the school-enterprise cooperation dynamic mechanism;Optimize the relevant supervision and evaluation system,attach importance to the results of supervision and evaluation,improve the school-enterprise cooperation supervision mechanism;We should pay attention to the construction of industrial college and innovate multi-subject cooperation mechanism based on it.With the national vocational education reform plan,among them "article 20 to direction,the pilot work on the 1 + X certificate system and the construction of the modern industry college as an opportunity to establish and improve the management mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation,give full play to the industry advantage,government,school,bank,enterprises more subjectivity,innovation cooperation mechanism,is the main innovation of this study.
