| As a western province with a weak economic base,Guizhou ranks among the highest in China during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.Under the guidance of a series of policies,the vocational education system of Guizhou has been continuously improved,and the level of modern school running has been significantly improved.The development of vocational education is inseparable from the rapid development of local economy and policy guidance.In order to better serve the local economic construction and cooperate with the industrialization layout,the government,schools and enterprises are constantly exploring long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and talent training models,and strive to cultivate high-quality skilled and applied talents for the society.Therefore,promoting cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises is an important measure to promote the development of vocational education and serve the local economy.This article introduces the purpose and significance of the research.On the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad,it introduces the relevant core concepts and related theories in the research process of the thesis.By introducing the triple helix theory,collaborative innovation theory and new public management theory,taking five vocational colleges as examples,the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises in Guizhou Province was introduced,and the role played by the local government in school-enterprise cooperation was analyzed.The literature research method,interview survey method,comparative research method,and dialectical analysis method are used to effectively summarize the Guizhou local government school-enterprise cooperation model.This paper pointed out the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of the local government of Guizhou Province,and made a detailed analysis from five aspects: policy guidance,attention,evaluation and supervision,platform information and funding.After drawing on domestic and foreign experience and practice combined with the actual situation of the school-enterprise cooperation in Guizhou province,it proposes more targeted and operational countermeasures and suggestions.Relevant research conclusions can provide a useful reference for school-enterprise cooperation in other regions of China. |
