A Study On The Supervision Of Party Committees In S District Of Shenyang City

In the work of the Party,the supervision and inspection work occupies a key position.Pay attention to and carry out good supervision and inspection work,can provide a guarantee for the implementation of the Party’s decision-making and work,lay a foundation for the construction of the Party’s style of work,and only in this way can promote the Party and the masses to establish a closer connection.Starting from the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi proposed that China’s development has entered a new era.In this period,China must further deepen the reform and implement the concept of ruling the country by law and strictly governing the party to the end.In the new era,the Party committee is facing new challenges in the supervision,the work requirements are more stringent,and the supervision task is more difficult.Among the grass-roots Party committees,district-level Party committees occupy a position of mainstay and play a role of connecting the higher and lower levels.To improve the ability and level of the district-level Party committees to supervise the work is a strong guarantee to promote the implementation of the Party’s decisions and arrangements to the "last kilometer".It is necessary to study and improve the supervision and inspection work of party committee in S district of Shenyang.This paper systematically searches and sorts out the existing research results in the related fields by means of literature research and investigation.Several important theories needed in this paper are obtained.On this basis,the Party committee supervision in S District of Shenyang City is investigated and analyzed.It is concluded that there are some problems in S District of Shenyang City,such as the deviation of the Party committee’s ideological understanding of the object of Party committee supervision,the imperfect Party committee supervision mechanism,the solidified Party committee supervision work mode,the insufficient use of Party committee supervision results and the imperfect Party committee supervision team construction.Based on the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the Party committee inspection work in S district from the aspects of improving the scientificity and practicability of Party committee inspection,establishing the authority of Party committee inspection and building the Party committee inspection team.In order to improve the Shenyang S District Party Committee supervision work ability and level.We will effectively implement the Party’s policy decisions and work plans.At the same time,it provides reference for the supervision work of China’s grass-roots Party committees.
