Improving Rural Ideological And Political Work In Hei Longjiang Province

In 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era"(hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"),which pointed out the need to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization and ideological and moral education in rural areas,carry out actions to promote new trends of the times and change customs,resist the erosion of decadent and backward culture,and cultivate new era farmers with ideals,morality,culture,and discipline,This provides directional guidance for rural ideological and political work in China.The task of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas of our country has been basically completed,and the rural revitalization strategy has been fully launched.The further development and transformation of rural economy and society will have a profound impact on the ideological and political concepts of farmers at the spiritual level.Therefore,strengthening and improving rural ideological and political work,guiding farmers’ thoughts and behavior to a certain extent,and resolving problems and contradictions at the ideological and cultural level,It is necessary to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of farmers to participate in rural revitalization at present.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in China.Strengthening ideological and political work in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province and unleashing the subjective initiative of farmers to achieve coordinated development of "farmers,rural areas,and agriculture" is of great significance for regional revitalization and even national food security.This article first summarizes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the study.Based on the research and actual situation of ideological and political work in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,this article introduces the current situation of ideological and political work in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,mainly including achievements and existing problems.Subsequently,an analysis framework of subject,object,mediator,and ring elements was constructed,and the factors affecting rural ideological and political work in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed using this framework.Finally,specific measures were proposed to strengthen rural ideological and political work in Heilongjiang Province in response to these influencing factors.The first chapter of this article is an introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose,significance,and summarizes and comments on the current research status of rural ideological and political work.Chapter 2 introduces the relevant concepts and main theoretical basis of rural ideological and political work,including ideological and political education,process elements of ideological and political education,ideological and political work,and rural ideological and political work.It sorts out the theoretical basis of rural ideological and political work,including the relevant discourse of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping on rural ideological and political work.Chapter 3 is the current situation of rural ideological and political work in Heilongjiang Province,introducing the design of investigation and research methods,achievements,and main issues.The fourth chapter is about the factors that affect the ideological and political work in rural areas of Heilongjiang Province,mainly analyzing the subject factors,object factors,intermediary factors,and environmental factors.Chapter 5 is the countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work in rural areas of Heilong Province.
