Research On Precise Support Strategies For Families Without Independence In Jinan

Since the 80s of the 20th century,China’s family planning policy has been fully implemented.This basic national policy has made great contributions to the development of society,but it has also brought some negative effects and caused some social problems.The creation of families who have lost their independence is one of them.According to the research of relevant scholars,China has produced more than one million families who have lost their independence.With the emergence of families who have lost their independence,the support of families who have lost their independence has been put on the agenda.Academics have conducted a relatively comprehensive study on the support of families who have lost their independence,and the government has also introduced many support policies.However,in the operation of these policies,there are problems in the support subjects,support targets,support needs and support content,and the accuracy is lacking.Therefore,adopting a precise support strategy is a rational choice for the limited development of support work for families who have lost their independence and the needs of families who have lost their independence to be met.Jinan is the capital city of Shandong Province with a large population.The strict implementation of the national policy of family planning has also produced a large number of families who have lost their independence.Jinan also began to strictly implement the family planning policy in the 80s of the 20th century,resulting in a large number of families without independence.Since then,Jinan has successively introduced support policies for families who have lost their independence.Taking the lone family in Jinan as the research object,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,social support theory,welfare pluralism theory and collaborative governance theory,and through field investigation and online survey,we learned about the situation that the elderly and lone families in Jinan are the main body,the income level is two-level differentiation,and the health status is not optimistic,as well as the measures taken by Jinan City to support the lone family in economic,old-age,spiritual and other aspects.Using binary Logistic regression analysis,the characteristics and influencing factors of the demand characteristics of families without independence in Jinan were analyzed,and it was found that age,income level and health status would significantly affect the significance of the family’s economic,old-age,spiritual and other service needs.On these basis,it is found that Jinan’s construction of a precise support strategy faces problems such as the lack of diversified participation of support subjects,insufficient systematic management of families without independence,and imperfect support services for families without independence.Taking these problems as the starting point,strategic suggestions were put forward from four aspects:support subjects,support targets,support needs and support content.In terms of supporting entities,it is necessary to optimize the duties and functions of government departments,improve the services of community institutions,and enhance the participation capacity of social organizations;In terms of assistance targets,it is necessary to build a database of families without independence and establish classification indicators for families without independence;In terms of support needs,it is necessary to dynamically assess the needs of families without independence and carry out service satisfaction surveys;In terms of support content,it is necessary to implement precise economic assistance,provide high-quality menu-style old-age assistance,innovate spiritual support methods,and enrich other forms of support.Let the support work for families who have lost their independence be carried out efficiently,and the families who have lost their independence will receive higher quality support to help the harmonious development of society.
