A Study On Mental Security In Old-age Care For Families Without Independence

One-child family is a kind of special family which comes from the family planning policy of our country,Is essentially a risk family,Urban one-child families in this risky society,Could be a lost family,According to Wang Guangzhou and other scholars to calculate the size of families lost independence,There are about 400,000 disabled one-child families nationwide in 2017,Presumably in 2038,Families without independence will exceed 1.1 million.The disruption of intergenerational support,the degradation of physical function and mental health problems have caused problems in the life care and mental services of families without independence,Among them,The need for spiritual services is more urgent in urban families,The Government attaches great importance to the mental health of families deprived of independence,In 2016,The guidance on strengthening mental health services issued by the former National Planning Commission and the Central propaganda Department,among others,points out that mental health services are provided to families without independence,Specific include:release psychological pressure,relieve pessimism,spiritual comfort,regulate family relations.9 July 2019,The Healthy China Action(2019-2030),released by the China Action Committee,attaches great importance to the psychological problems of the elderly in families without independence,It is suggested that we should pay attention to spiritual care and strengthen psychological support services.The essence of the lost family is that the suffering family is not the problem family,They used to be happy families,Had a strong family relationship,Because of the only child’s disability and death,And let the lost family suffer a mental blow,Thus leaving an indelible trauma.The significance of this study is to understand the spiritual needs of families without independence,to construct a social support system composed of community pension,institutional pension,health institutions and families,and to provide support for spiritual services in families without independence.Based on the literature research,this paper grasps the progress and accumulates the theoretical basis of the research on the related problems of the lost family,and then through the questionnaire survey,obtains the spiritual comfort,social communication,cultural entertainment,social respect and self-realization spiritual needs of the lost family in the old-age care.The families with lost independence have urgent spiritual needs,while the community pension,institutional pension,health institutions and families have problems in providing spiritual services,mainly focusing on the following aspects:first,the community and institutional mental services can not fully meet the needs of families with lost independence,and the content of community mental services for the aged is biased.The entry threshold of pension institutions is high,one bed is difficult to obtain and the level of mental service of pension institutions is low.Second,the lack of provision of mental services in health institutions is mainly reflected in the lack of financial protection,which seriously affects the treatment and rescue of patients with mental disorders,the lack of integration of rescue resources,the low treatment of mental health workers,and the large flow of talents.These problems lead to the failure to fully meet the spiritual needs of families without independence.Third,the family service function is weakened due to the interruption of intergenerational support,family tension and lack of economic support,so it is difficult to provide timely and effective spiritual services.According to the community,institutions,health institutions and family spiritual service forms,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which can be solved from the aspects of perfecting community and institutional spiritual service,improving the mental service ability of health institutions and improving the consciousness and ability of spiritual service of families without independence.The innovation of this paper is that the old-age intervention of families without independence is carried out from the perspective of spiritual service,and the spiritual service system in the old-age care of families without independence is constructed.This paper attempts to build a mental service supply system in the form of mental services and make progress in order to expect to provide preventive mental services such as daily mental care and psychological comfort in families and communities.The community and institutions provide regular psychological assessment and other supportive mental services.
