Study On Residence Satisfaction Of Elderly Friendly Community In Harbin

With the increasingly aging population in our country,how to create a good old-age environment for the old has become a big issue that the party and government are committed to solving.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed the implementation of a national strategy to actively respond to the aging population.The establishment of the elderly friendly community enables the elderly to enjoy a better environment and services for the aged without leaving the original familiar living community,meets the diversified needs of the elderly for the aged,and thus realizes the organic unity of the traditional cultural concept of falling leaves and returning to the root and the principle of costeffectiveness.Therefore,focusing on the construction of elderly friendly communities will become an important breakthrough point to alleviate the pressure of urban elderly care.As for the research on the construction of elderly friendly communities,most of the existing research results are reflected in the research on the model construction,development status and development strategy of elderly friendly communities,and there are few studies on the subjective feelings of elderly people on the construction of friendly communities,and there is a lack of further research on the satisfaction of elderly people on comprehensive housing and community services.People’s yearning for a better life is the goal of our Party,and the satisfaction of the elderly with the construction of the elderly friendly community is an important basis for further improving the construction of the elderly friendly community.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a study on the satisfaction of the elderly in the elderly friendly community,so as to improve the service ability and level of the elderly friendly community,and effectively enhance the sense of gain,happiness and security of the elderly.Four elderly friendly communities in the main urban area of Harbin,which were selected as the first batch of demonstration areas,were selected as the research objects to study the residential satisfaction of elderly residents in the elderly friendly communities of Harbin.This paper draws on the American customer satisfaction index model,through literature review and research status,and combined with the actual situation,establishes a residential satisfaction model of Harbin elderly friendly community composed of 4 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.On this basis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis were carried out on the elderly in the elderly friendly communities in Harbin,and it was found that the number of assisted restaurants in the elderly friendly communities in Harbin was insufficient.Lack of specialization of service personnel;The contracting role of family doctors is not fully played;Environmental cleaning and maintenance is not timely,the elderly activity room is only a formality;The community activity organization is less,the old age education lags behind;Community old people participate in activities enthusiasm is not high,effective participation is insufficient and other problems.Finally,in view of the problems,the author puts forward three countermeasures and suggestions,such as giving full play to the guiding role of the government,improving the community service system for the elderly and enriching the spiritual life of the elderly residents.
