| During the epidemic,people’s demand for contactless digital services has gradually expanded,which has to a certain extent promoted the process of "smart government".The new government media is not only the frontline of promoting "Internet+government services",but also an important means to transform government functions and build a service-oriented government,which has an important social responsibility.The level of trust in new government media intuitively reflects public recognition and satisfaction,and is an important criterion to test the professional ethics,social governance ability and public service quality of new government media.And trust,as an important social capital,is an important source of communication power,influence and guidance of new government media,and plays an important role in the performance of new government media functions,so it is necessary to strengthen the regular operation of trust in new government media.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research results,this study identifies the concept and types of trust in new government media.And further analyzes the trust dilemmas faced by the new media of government affairs in the modern society of risk superposition.In addition,a theoretical model of trust generation in new government media was constructed using the Shenzhen Health Care Commission’s public website as the research object.The study found that quality content is a prerequisite for trust generation,opening up trust channels while attracting public attention and creating opportunities for the public to enhance their understanding of new government media.Emotional interaction,benign dialogue and perception of effectiveness are the core elements in constructing trust in new government media,increasing emotional connection from the emotional level and safeguarding practical interests from the rational level respectively.Secondly,external factors such as shaping rational consensus,improving media image and quality user reputation are conducive to creating a good trust environment and play an important regulating role in the generation of trust in new government media.In epidemic prevention and control,a good foundation of trust not only improves policy acceptance and promotes collaborative governance,but also improves the relationship between the government and the people and promotes a virtuous cycle of trust within the social system.In addition,trust relationships are influenced by social relationships and are transferable,so interpersonal trust,media trust,new government media trust,and government trust can influence each other.Combining the findings of the study,it is proposed to improve the trust of the new governmental media comprehensively by taking communication as the basis,interaction as the core and service as the root to meet public needs and expectations.It is hoped that with the addition of public trust,the new government affairs media can better perform their functions and optimize the effectiveness of governance. |
