Research On The Path Of Judicial Practice Guided By Xi Jinping’s Thought On The Rule Of Law

The rule of law is an important basis for a country to modernise its governance capacity and build a national governance system.The Communist Party of China is committed to combining Marxist legal thought with China’s national conditions,insisting on theoretical innovation and practical exploration of the rule of law,and creating a new situation of socialist democracy and rule of law with Chinese characteristics.The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,grasps the new stage of development,implements the new concept of development and builds a new development pattern,demonstrates the glorious achievements of the Party’s century-long exploration of the rule of law,closely follows the needs of the people and social concerns for the practice of the rule of law,and with its distinctive practical character and majestic practical power,points the way forward for the comprehensive rule of law,provides theoretical guidance for the comprehensive rule of law,and has a significant guiding role for future judicial practice in China.This paper elaborates on the connotation of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law on the basis of retracing the concept of the rule of law by classic Marxist writers,focuses on digging out the outstanding problems in the judicial field,explores in depth the practical path of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law leading the judicial field,and starts from three aspects,including strengthening the absolute leadership of the Party in judicial work,coordinating and deploying the reform of the judicial system and building a harmonious society sharing the rule of law,so as to give full play to the leading role of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law in judicial practice,promote the rule of law to play a better role in the effectiveness of national governance,and let the protection of justice and equity be truly implemented in the construction of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
