Study On The Development Path Of Y Voluntary Service Organizations In N Province

Volunteerism plays an important role in rural revitalization,promoting equalization of public services,improving the level of spiritual civilization,promoting common prosperity,building a strong socialist cultural state,etc.Volunteers are an important force in serving society,grassroots level and the masses,and participate in public services in the form of volunteer organizations,which can precisely match the needs of the masses and improve the social governance system,and is important for promoting socialist core values It is important to promote the development of China’s volunteerism and strengthen the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Although in recent years,Y volunteer service organizations in N province have achieved some development results and enjoyed a certain reputation in the local community,there are still many problems in the actual operation process that make the volunteer service activities fail to achieve the expected results.In this paper,based on the theories of public management,we have conducted questionnaire surveys and field interviews to understand the general situation of volunteer service organizations and the motivation of volunteers in province N.We have actively explored the problems of their development based on the theory of volunteer failure,and the main reasons are the lack of governmental guarantee,insufficient social power,and the limitations of volunteer service organizations themselves.The main reasons are the lack of government guarantee,insufficient social power,and the limitations of volunteer organizations.The synergistic governance theory is applied to give full play to the synergy between the government,society and voluntary service organizations,and a strategy to promote the development of Y voluntary service organizations in N province is proposed.The supply motivation theory is used to find a way to improve the enthusiasm and continuity of volunteer participation and to break the bottleneck of voluntary service organization development,which also provides reference and reference for the institutionalized,professionalized and standardized development of voluntary service organizations,so that they fully play the role of collaborative governance,and better help to serve the people and serve the development of society.
