Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Confidentiality Management Of Electronic Government Information In District

Confidential management is related to the core interests of the Party and the country,as well as the long-term stability of the country.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,more and more confidential government information is generated,transmitted and stored in the form of electronic data.E-government information has played a fast and efficient role and further improved work efficiency.However,due to the imperfect information security system of e-government,the lagging confidentiality management measures,and the weak sense of confidentiality among the staff,there are many potential leaks.At present,the attacks of domestic and foreign hostile forces on stealing secrets are becoming more and more serious.Once the leakage of secrets occurs,it is very likely to cause incalculable losses.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problems existing in the management of e-government information confidentiality.In order to ensure that there is sufficient experience in e-government information confidentiality management,the paper takes District D as an example to analyze common problems and outstanding problems.Through theoretical analysis,literature analysis,interviews and other ways,it conducts an all-round study on the confidentiality management of District D.At the same time,based on the theoretical basis of risk management,it is discussed in accordance with the three basic procedures of risk management: risk identification,risk assessment and risk control,to further find problems,analyze reasons and strengthen measures.Although the confidentiality management of e-government information in Zone D has achieved certain results,there are still problems such as lack of joint efforts in confidentiality management,inadequate implementation of confidentiality system,low level of confidentiality technology,insufficient growth of confidentiality cadres,and weak confidentiality inspection.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly including the imperfect confidentiality responsibility system,the imperfect confidentiality system,the lack of security technology support force,the inadequate construction of confidentiality cadres,and the imperfect confidentiality inspection system.Focusing on specific problems and combining with the actual work in Area D,effective optimization measures have been formulated.Firstly,improve the collaborative management responsibility system,refine the institutional settings,open up communication channels,and form joint efforts.Secondly,improve the confidentiality system,timely update lagging laws and regulations,and effectively increase the systematicness,pertinence and operability of the confidentiality system.Thirdly,strengthen technical support,increase capital investment,accelerate the process of information equipment localization,and equip and strengthen infrastructure.Fourthly,strengthen the construction of confidentiality team,enrich the team strength,strengthen confidentiality education and training,and establish an incentive mechanism.At last,improve the confidentiality inspection system,constantly enrich the inspection force,refine accountability measures,and force the implementation of responsibilities.
