In recent years,with the continuous improvement and improvement of the Party and state supervision system,how to maximize the effectiveness of supervision has become the focus of government attention and the focus of scholars’ research.This provides guidance for us to promote coordinated and coordinated supervision through multiple supervision methods.Weifang City has innovatively implemented a joint supervision mechanism of inspection and audit,which combines inner-party inspection and supervision with government audit and supervision,giving full play to the authority of inspection and the professionalism of audit,achieving complementary advantages,and improving supervision synergy.The "inspection and review linkage" supervision mechanism meets the requirements of the era of integrating multiple supervision methods,and plays a positive role in preventing corruption risks,promoting the construction of a clean and honest party style,enriching China’s supervision forms,and improving supervision effectiveness.This article fully analyzes the practical cases of Weifang City in exploring and implementing the "inspection and audit linkage" supervision mechanism,and on the basis of conducting individual interviews with inspection and audit staff at the municipal and county levels in Weifang City,conducts in-depth demonstration of the "inspection and audit linkage"supervision mechanism,and has mastered a large amount of detailed information.Through research,it is found that the establishment of the "inspection and review linkage" supervision mechanism is very necessary,and there have been local explorations and practices.However,from the perspective of practice,the main problems of the "inspection and review linkage"supervision mechanism are insufficient coordination,unsmooth operation,low standardization,inadequate organizational leadership system and cadre team construction,lagging information construction,and imperfect results application system,The main reasons for the problems are the lack of sound legal and institutional safeguards,the lack of a systematic and effective organizational leadership system,the lack of a smooth coordination mechanism,and the lack of a sound and comprehensive assessment and evaluation system,as well as reward and punishment systems.In response to the existing problems in the current supervision mechanism of "inspection and review linkage",countermeasures and suggestions are further proposed to strengthen the leadership of the Party,improve the regulatory system and organizational leadership system,strengthen information construction,establish a scientific evaluation and reward and punishment system,and strengthen the application of supervision results,providing useful reference for China to implement the supervision mechanism of "inspection and review linkage" at a higher level and on a larger scale.
