Research On The Development Of Patriotic And Hong Kong Loving Forces In The New Era

Since the return of Hong Kong 25 years ago,the practice of ’one country,two systems’ in Hong Kong has achieved some success.The central government firmly supports ’Hong Kong people governing Hong Kong’ and ’a high degree of autonomy’,supports the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(SAR)and the people of Hong Kong to act in accordance with the Basic Law,and supports the maintenance of Hong Kong’s prosperity,development,and stability.Under the circumstances where the central government does not directly send people to control Hong Kong,the forces of patriotism and love for Hong Kong have become the mainstay to assist the Hong Kong SAR government in implementing the ’one country,two systems’ and the Basic Law;The patriotic and loving forces in Hong Kong have become an important cornerstone for supporting the central government in governing Hong Kong according to law and maintaining social stability in Hong Kong;The patriotic and loving forces in Hong Kong have become the fundamental force for implementing ’Hong Kong people governing Hong Kong’ and ’a high degree of autonomy’.Since 2012,significant changes have taken place in the political ecology inside and outside Hong Kong.Foreign forces,including Britain,the United States,and the West,have continuously upgraded their means of intervention in Hong Kong’s affairs,more actively and comprehensively intervening in Hong Kong’s affairs,attempting to create a value system that is anti central and anti ’one country,two systems’ practice;The relationship between domestic and political forces is constantly changing in cooperation and confrontation,and ’pan people’ and radicals have repeatedly launched anti government demonstrations,undermining the social stability of Hong Kong.In this context,the central government has launched a comprehensive anti intervention struggle on issues related to Hong Kong,formulated and implemented the Hong Kong National Security Law,improved the Hong Kong electoral system,and launched a ’combination punch’ of policies to govern Hong Kong from chaos,creating good political conditions for the development of Hong Kong’s patriotic and patriotic forces in both legal and institutional safeguards.Recalling the past problems in Hong Kong’s united front work,such as the lack of united front thinking,the incoordination of united front work within and outside Hong Kong,and the asymmetry of united front work between the upper and lower levels,based on the new era of world conditions,national conditions,and new changes in Hong Kong’s situation,we will explore new ways to develop patriotic and loving forces in Hong Kong and carry out united front work in Hong Kong in the future from five aspects:overall situation concept,work thinking,member positioning,alliance building,and consensus building,To help open up a new situation for the rule and prosperity of Hong Kong.
