Study On The Optimization Of Information Reporting System Of Democratic Parties On Social Opinion

An important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity is the modernization of social governance,which is also the key task of social construction in the new journey of Chinese modernization.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "improve the social governance system" and "improve the social governance system of co-construction,co-management and sharing,and enhance the effectiveness of social governance",once again building up the goal of "modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity".The goal of"modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity" has been established again.In the new era,in order to maintain overall social stability,promote fair social development and protect people’s livelihood,our government must continuously improve its social governance capability on the basis of innovative government social governance methods.As an important part of China’s new political party system,the basic functions of democratic parties are political participation,democratic supervision and participation in political consultation led by the Communist Party of China.Among them,participation in politics is an effective way for democratic parties to participate in national governance,while social opinion information is an important channel for democratic parties to participate in politics.Therefore,it is important to study the whole process of collecting,submitting,adopting and giving feedback on social opinion information,analyze the problems of the social opinion information submission system,propose suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the social opinion information submission system,and continuously improve the social opinion information submission system,so as to improve the ability of democratic parties to participate in national social governance,further play the role of democratic parties in national governance,contribute to the modernization of the national governance system and the ability to govern,and build the social governance system.This paper takes a look at the Jiu San Society of Jinan,China.This paper takes the information reporting system of the Jiusan Society Jinan Committee as the research object,and presents the whole picture of the information reporting system of the Jiusan Society Jinan Committee with the help of PDCA cycle model.Through the statistical analysis of the data related to the social information reporting work of Jiusan Society Jinan Municipal Committee in the past five years,the research is guided by the theory of collaborative governance,the theory of information management,and the theory of"gatekeeper",using various research methods such as case study method,observation method and questionnaire survey method,focusing on the combination of theoretical analysis and data analysis,and adopting multi-perspective and multi-level research ideas.Based on these problems,we analyze the problems of social opinion information reporting system,mainly in the areas of unsound system mechanism,insufficient participation of members,delay in reporting social opinion information,unsound evaluation system and unsound feedback mechanism.Based on these problematic features,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the reporting system:constructing a system for reporting social opinion information,improving members’ ability to participate in political affairs,promoting the digitalization of social opinion information,establishing an evaluation mechanism for social opinion information,and improving the feedback and implementation mechanism for social opinion information,so as to provide a reference for the future development of the social opinion information reporting system.
