Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Online Ordering From The Perspective Of Multiple Co-governance

With the rapid development of "Internet +" technology,the online food ordering industry emerged at the historic moment.With its convenient and efficient one-stop transaction mode,it has changed the traditional catering industry and brought new development opportunities and a wider market for the traditional economy.However,the continuous expansion of the market size of the online food ordering industry is accompanied by many industrial chaos,among which frequent food safety problems are related to the life safety and vital interests of consumers,and creating new regulatory headaches.It has become the common demand of all parties to explore effective supervision on the safety of online food ordering and ensure the healthy and orderly development of the industry.This study is based on the theory of multiple governance.Firstly,it introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,as well as the related concepts and theoretical basis of Internet ordering food safety supervision.Then,taking the supervision status of the online food ordering industry in J city as the entry point,further research was carried out through literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to fully show the actual situation of the online food ordering food safety supervision in J city,including the general situation of the online food ordering industry,the participation status of various subjects in the online food ordering food safety supervision and the achievements at the present stage.After in-depth research based on the actual situation,it is found that the problems in the food safety supervision of online food ordering mainly include the low efficiency of government supervision,the lack of responsibility of the third party platform,the lack of normative awareness of online food ordering businesses,the low protection level of consumers’ rights and interests and the lack of effective cooperation and interaction among various subjects.The main reasons for the problems include the imperfect government supervision system,the limited supervision methods for online food ordering platforms,the particularity of online food ordering operation,the low enthusiasm of consumers for safeguarding rights and the lack of collaborative governance mechanism of multiple subjects.Based on the analysis of the causes of the above problems and the experience of online food safety supervision in advanced domestic areas,this paper proposes from the perspective of multiple subjects participating in supervision that in order to further improve the online food safety supervision system,It is necessary to give full play to the leading and coordinating role of the government,enhance the social responsibility awareness of third-party online food ordering platforms,strengthen the self-discipline of online catering businesses,improve the participation of consumers in social supervision,and optimize the multi-governance food safety supervision environment of online food ordering,so as to adapt to the rapidly developing online food ordering industry and improve the regulatory efficiency.Construct a relatively perfect,strong guarantee network ordering food safety supervision system.
