Research On Food Safety Supervision Of Online Ordering

With the continuous development of material life,people’s requirements for a better life are also getting higher and higher.The concept of "Internet +" and sharing economy has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people,and online ordering has become one of the popular catering modes.Compared with the traditional catering industry,online ordering not only has the convenience of "Internet +",but also meets the new requirements of the catering industry in the new era.In 2020,the outbreak of novel coronavirus outbreak forced people to choose to order food at home,so online ordering has once again become a hot topic.Although the advantages of online ordering are obvious,based on the network environment and the particularity of online ordering,there are also a series of disadvantages in guaranteeing food safety.Among them,food material processing environment does not meet the health and safety standards;Unqualified merchants register online on the platform but operate offline without licenses;Room box for a long time no disinfection and cause bacterial growth of food safety problems emerge in endlessly,for consumers to enjoy the food and beverage service is convenient for food safety problem of the network order a meal at the same time full of worries,food safety problems not only affects the development of future network order,at the same time,it can harm the health of consumers,therefore,the network order food safety problem should arouse people’s attention.For at present,the problem of network centre for food safety in the food safety law of the People’s Republic of China "network catering services food safety supervision and management measures for the network investigate way on food safety violations are involved in the relevant laws and regulations,although to a certain extent,improve the network order situation of the market,but as a result of relevant laws and regulations is not perfect,the cooperation between regulators don’t coordinate,the third party platform as a wait for a reason,lead to the food safety problems in network order can not be fundamentally resolved.Based on the definition of online food ordering industry,this paper starts from the food safety problems and supervision status quo of online food ordering under the current Internet background in China,analyzes the judicial cases and references the relevant research results,in order to make a beneficial exploration on the food safety supervision problems of online food ordering industry in China.
