In the context of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,social work plays a pivotal role.For the first time,social work is mentioned in the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of the 2035 Vision Goals.Social work has been developing for a long time,and it plays an important role in many aspects.As a service person,social workers are also their service objects,so they need to know their own job satisfaction.With the development of the specialization and professionalization of domestic social work,the development of domestic social work has gradually matured,and the academic research of experts and scholars on social work workers has become more and more abundant.However,so far,domestic research has focused on the cultivation of social work professionals,that is,how to cultivate social workers’ values,improve their quality,train vocational skills and cultivate professional ethics,etc.However,there is still a lack of research on social workers’ career development status,career potential awareness,work emotion and behavior.Social work satisfaction refers to the psychological state of social workers engaged in social work,which is affected by subjective factors such as institutional culture,work philosophy,commuting distance and professional identity,as well as objective conditions such as working environment,working atmosphere,salary and welfare.As a professional activity to help others and help themselves,social work has many special features compared with other industries.Social workers are faced with many difficulties while doing their work.Job satisfaction,as an important channel to grasp the behavioral standards of social workers and solve the dilemma of social workers,should be paid attention to by experts and scholars.Heilongjiang Province is a region with earlier development of social work and rich experience and resources.The satisfaction degree of social workers will have important enlightenment significance for the further development of social work industry in Heilongjiang Province and even the whole country.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the job satisfaction of social work service institutions in Heilongjiang Province,understands the current situation of social workers,and measures their job satisfaction,including basic information,work environment,work content,salary and welfare,and development space.The research results are used to analyze the influencing factors of job satisfaction,which is conducive to further building a more professional team of social work talents. |
