| Since the founding of New China,it has developed from an agricultural backward country to an industrial power,and has created many "miracles" on a global scale.After the international financial crisis in 2008,there were more trade protectionism and the trend of "anti-globalization" in the world,and the process of world economic integration fell into a standstill.Since 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic has spread worldwide,which has had a huge impact on the supply chain and industrial chain worldwide.From the domestic point of view,since 2012,China’s economy has entered a new normal,that is,the growth rate has slowed down,the structure has upgraded,and the power has changed.Looking back at history,every major economic depression is often the gestation period of breakthrough technological innovation,the transformation period of economic structure and the adjustment period of economic relations.At present,China is in a new technology,new technology and new technological innovation,new development stage,is gradually releasing new impetus,both challenges and opportunities.We will fully release the advantages of supermarkets and the potential of domestic demand,and gradually form a new development pattern with domestic and international cycles as the main body,which is the inevitable choice for us to implement the new development concept in the new development period and promote high-quality economic development.The new "double cycle" development model is not only a new development model formulated by the Central Government according to the changes in the international,domestic and international situation,but also has a clear theoretical logic behind it.Marx’s theories on productive forces and relations of production,on social reproduction,on the world market,and on the creativity of Marxism in China have laid the theoretical foundation for accelerating the establishment of a new pattern of development.From the perspective of Marxist economics,economic development is first manifested as the development of productive forces,and industrialization is the accelerator of productive forces.The industrialization process of a country is not only the process of industrial structure change,but also the process of accelerating the improvement of labor productivity.At the same time,the huge production capacity caused by large machine industry inevitably requires to seek sales markets and raw material sources abroad,which forms the linkage development of the domestic cycle and the international cycle.Fundamentally speaking,the internal driving force of the double cycle stems from industrialization.The structure and characteristics of domestic cycle and international cycle reflect the industrialization development stage of a country or region.Since the founding of New China,China’s industrialization development road has experienced four stages of development: the initial development period of socialist industrialization(1949-1977): internal circulation;The pioneering period of socialist industrialization with Chinese characteristics(1978-2001): the internal cycle was the main,and gradually the external cycle was developed;The period of taking the new industrialization road(2002-2012): the external cycle is the main,the internal cycle is the supplement;The new industrialization Road period towards high-quality development(2013-): a new development stage with the domestic great cycle as the main body and the domestic and international double cycle promoting each other.Industrialization and the new dual-cycle development pattern are mutually inclusive,and the trend of "deindustrialization",the cost paradox and the emergence of anti-globalization have seriously hindered the process of industrialization and the new dual-cycle development pattern.Analyze it and promote the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern by providing employment,insisting on supply-side reform,strengthening innovation awareness and scientific research investment,and expanding imported products and high-quality introduction. |
