Research On The Construction Of District-level Administrative Agency Information Sharing Platform Based On Information Ecology Theor

With the requirements of building a service-oriented government satisfactory to the people and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,this thesis constructs an information sharing platform suitable for the internal use of district-level administrative organs.This thesis uses the theory of information ecology and takes the representative and typical administrative organs of S region as an example.The purpose of this platform is to further strengthen the collaborative management and service capabilities of administrative agencies across systems and departments.This thesis uses literature research methods,case analysis methods,qualitative and quantitative combined analysis.This thesis analyzes the current information sharing status of district-level administrative organs from the perspective of the three elements of information ecology theory.Based on the information ecosystem,this thesis constructs the information sharing platform model of district-level administrative organs,and designs and analyzes its overall business processes and modules.This thesis puts forward the guarantee strategy for the construction of information sharing platform for districtlevel administrative organs from the perspectives of policy system,capital funding,social participation and information technology.The information sharing platform of district-level administrative organs constructed in this thesis meets the needs of the development of the times.It meets the requirements of further promoting the standardization and facilitation of government services.It broadens the channels for information exchange and sharing within the executive branch.It makes the work of public officials in administrative organs more convenient and efficient,and can better build a service-oriented government that satisfies the people.
