Research On The Administrative Law Enforcement Power Of Township

As the "last mile" of China’s grassroots governance system,townships are not only the cornerstone of the state’s consolidation of power,but also an important link for social stability and development.With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the gradual narrowing of the urban-rural gap,the responsibility of township administrative law enforcement has become increasingly heavy.Although the newly revised "Administrative Penalty Law" has stipulated that some administrative penalty powers be delegated to townships and streets,it cannot meet the fundamental needs of township administrative law enforcement.Based on the current background of township administrative law enforcement,this article summarizes the main models of township administrative law enforcement: direct granting of administrative law enforcement powers,exercising comprehensive administrative law enforcement powers after approval,and delegation of administrative law enforcement powers by superior authorities.The problems of township administrative law enforcement under different models are integrated,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed through the combination of theory and practice of township administrative law enforcement,in order to provide a basis for the rational exercise of township administrative law enforcement powers and improve the level of township administrative law enforcement.
