The Construction And Application Of SAP Funding System

Most of the administrative organs and institutions are fully funded by the treasury and do not have their own industries.Compared with enterprises,administrative organs and institutions have no project cost and no cost control core goal of enterprise development,and their more prominent characteristics are that there are few types of business,but insufficient subdivision and more intersection,many audit standards and many standards have a floating range.The role of business and financial integration in the daily expenses of administrative organs and institutions is carried out from the perspective of business,mainly focusing on document approval,approval and calculation;From a financial point of view,in addition to basic bookkeeping,report analysis,etc.,it can also help units more accurately carry out pre-budget,in-process accounting,post-audit,risk control and other aspects.The objective of this study is to construct the SAP funding system-based administrative organs and institutions funding business integration model-SAP funding system,analyze its practical application from both vertical and horizontal perspectives,and infer and analyze the practical feasibility of SAP funding system,aiming to find a more accurate,efficient and lower risk expense processing system.Provide reference cases for the payment of funds by other similar units or the standardized use of other funds.The main work of this article is as follows:1.Analyze and sort out the seven types of regular business modules in the existing business modules:salary and bonus payment,fixed asset management,office supplies and consumables reimbursement,travel expense reimbursement,daily expenses of water,email and telecommunications,conference reception expenses and procurement project management,and build SAP funding system,including business module,financial module and internal control audit system.2.Longitudinal analysis of the derivative application projects of SAP funding system,this paper selects the "Jiangsu Wisdom Human Society" fund financial business integration platform as the derivative application project,analyzes its operation mode,problems in actual operation and related countermeasures,and deduces the possible problems and countermeasures of SAP funding system in operation.3.Horizontal analysis of the direct application project of SAP funding system,this paper selects the "official home" travel expense reimbursement system as the direct application project,studies and analyzes its operation mode,problems and countermeasures in actual operation,and deduces the possible problems and countermeasures of SAP funding system in the overall operation.The summary and analysis of the paper concludes that the SAP funding system is feasible,and can further improve the requirements of fund payment,management and internal control under the current fund payment mode,which can provide reference for the payment of funds of other units or the standardized use of other funds.
