On The Legalization Of Euthanasia In My Countr

With the progress of society,the concept of life and death has changed.Currently,a few countries and regions recognize euthanasia.It is reasonable and necessary to legalize euthanasia system in our country,which accords with the pursuit of life values and humanitarian feelings in ethics.It is legally a part of the right to life and is not harmful to society.At the social level,people’s demand for the quality of life and euthanasia has increased.However,the euthanasia system has potential murder risks,easy to cause hidden medical risks,the traditional ethics impact and the deviation of the cognition of euthanasia in our country prevent the legalization of euthanasia in practice.Based on the reality of our country,and by comparing the development experiences of other countries,it suggested to legalize euthanasia,and take the following measures.We should standardize euthanasia by legislation,clearly define the applicable object,the applicant subject,the executive body and the implementation procedure.Formulate ideas from the aspects of supervision procedure,medical and health security system and life-and-death concept education to provide guarantees for the implementation of euthanasia,so as to promote the legalization of euthanasia and provide legal basis for the dignity demands of life on patients’ deathbed.
