A Study On The Supervision Stratege Of Internet Philanthropy Platform In China

As an emerging product of Internet plus charity,Internet philanthropy platform has greatly promoted the information transmission and sharing of public resources by means of Internet technology,and made outstanding contributions to China’s third distribution,which has significantly enhanced the modernization level of philanthropy charities in China.Effective supervision and regulation can greatly promote the healthy and orderly development of China’s Internet philanthropy platform.In China,the government,Internet philanthropy platform,the public,media public opinion,relevant stakeholders,third-party evaluation institutions should participate in the platform supervision together to build a diversified and coordinated supervision system.Based on the responsive regulation theory,by studying the development of China’s Internet philanthropy and Internet philanthropy platform,this paper defines the current situation of the supervision subject,supervision mode and supervision system of China’s Internet philanthropy platform,and finds the problems existing in the three supervision subjects and supervision mode of China’s Internet philanthropy platform:government,organization and society.Then combined with China’s national conditions and the characteristics of Internet platforms,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the supervision strategy of Internet philanthropy platforms-China’s Internet philanthropy platforms should build a cooperative supervision system.Clarify the three regulatory subjects of the government,the organization and the society and their cooperative relations,and put forward diversified and hierarchical regulatory methods from the perspective of the three regulatory subjects on the basis of the government’s good system construction.The government can implement hierarchical supervision of Internet philanthropy platforms,establish professional supervision institutions for Internet philanthropy,and take the lead in establishing internet philanthropy industry associations to enrich government supervision means and improve the leading role;The whole process supervision system of the platform should be established within the organization,and the supporting work of internal supervision should be done well at the same time,so as to improve the level of internal supervision of the organization;Broadening the channels of online public and public opinion supervision,strengthening the informed evaluation of relevant stakeholders and developing the third-party evaluation mechanism are all essential links in the social supervision of Internet philanthropy platforms.The feasible countermeasures mentioned in this paper can provide some reference for the supervision of Internet public welfare platform.
