Urban rail transit has increasingly become the preferred means of transportation for the public in daily life due to its convenience,high speed and safety.The status of urban rail transit in urban public transportation is becoming more and more important,and the service level of urban rail transit is related to every public who uses urban rail transit,and its level directly affects the quality of life of residents.How to analyze the existing urban rail services,how to reasonably and dynamically evaluate the service level,and how to carry out scientific public service strategic planning have become an urgent issue to be solved.As of December 2021,there are 23 subway lines planned and constructed in Xi’an,8 lines have been opened for normal operation,7 lines(sections)are under construction,and the maximum daily passenger volume is 4.4821 million.Xi’an’s urban rail transit is relatively large in scale and serves a large number of people.According to the "Xi’an Urban Rail Transit Phase Ⅲ Construction Plan(2018-2024)",the next development will be very rapid.However,there are few related urban rail transit studies in Xi’an at present,and most of the only studies are simple studies on service satisfaction from a qualitative perspective,using rigorous analysis models,and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative to carry out empirical analysis.hardly.Therefore,this paper takes Xi’an as an example to conduct an empirical study on the public service of urban rail transit,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies,in order to provide a certain degree of reference for the construction and planning of Xi’an and large-scale urban rail transit.Based on the theory of public goods,customer value theory,externality theory and the KANO model,this paper corrects the model according to the characteristics of urban rail transit public services,and evaluates indifference quality,reverse quality,one-dimensional quality,essential quality,and attractiveness.Qualitative research on five elements including quality.According to the characteristics of rail transit services,the extended service quality evaluation dimension is added,and a rail transit service level evaluation model based on the KANO model is designed with 6 dimensions and a total of 20 indicators.And based on this,the relevant index data is built to carry out questionnaire design,and the questionnaire survey is carried out.Then,the data obtained from the survey is analyzed and analyzed,and the analysis results of the service level evaluation model are obtained.Based on the conclusion of the empirical model,the article evaluates the rail transit service in Xi’an,and draws out the problems existing in Xi’an’s rail transit service.Finally,it proposes improvement strategies such as strengthening the construction of hardware facilities,optimizing the public service system,improving the quality of public services,and enhancing the image of public services.,and use continuous research to continuously update and improve the service situation.In the long run,the future development of Xi ’an rail transit is bound to develop more and more huge,and its public service level will be further improved after re-research and policy adjustment Xi ’an has a lot of communication network is in construction,with the development of city and form a complete set of implementation,the line will have more public inspection,sum up experience in practice,at the same time of step by step to improve the quality of public service will contribute to the social and economic development of Xi’an,a benign positive externalities effect,high speed development in the region.
