| Organizing youth is the prerequisite for the Communist Youth League to carry out all its work.The study of the organizatioal strength of the Communist Youth League is beneficial to enrich the theory of League building,straighten out relations between primary-level party members and groups,and give a better functional role.It also responds to the concerns of the second Plenary session of the 18 th Communist Youth League.Grass-roots Communist Youth League are county,township and village level.Compared with provincial and municipal Communist Youth League organizations,they have fewer social resources,less funds,fewer young people,limited contact channels with young people and insufficient organizational strength.Under the background that the whole regiment pays great attention to the grass-roots units,it is an urgent problem to strengthen the organizational strength of the grass-roots League.On the basis of predecessors,this paper constructs the connotation of the organizational strength of the grassroots Communist Youth League,that is,political leadership,coverage execution,service cohesion,organizational mobilization and self-construction.The influencing factors and theoretical basis of the organizational power of the Communist Youth League are analyzed.Next,it introduces the basic situation of the organizational strength of the grass-roots Communist Youth League in H city,and analyzes the deficiency of grass-roots Communist Youth League organizations in H city from five aspects of connotation and three aspects of the cause,according to the questionnaire,and then sums up and sublimates five problems of the organizational strength of grass-roots Communist Youth League. |
