Physical fitness is the first quality of soldiers.Even in today’s modern war with so developed information technology and high-tech weapons and equipment,physical fitness will always be the first.However,in military training,they often adhere to the principle that minor injuries do not fall below the line of fire,and do not pay much attention to daily sports injuries.Training with injuries is taken for granted,which is to hone the will of naval cadets.Daily military training mostly adopts strict,difficult,high-intensity and high load training methods.Everyone adopts unified training content,lacking individual differences and scientific physical training guidance.In recent years,functional training is widely used in the field of physical therapy,rehabilitation and physical training.It is a simple and easy method to evaluate the basic motor ability of human body.The evaluation mainly includes the following seven aspects: squat,hurdle step,straight lunge step,shoulder flexibility,active straight leg lifting,trunk stable push ups,and rotational flexibility.Functional movement screening can evaluate the basic motor ability of human body completely and comprehensively,and whether there is motor compensation and asymmetry in the process of exercise.It divides each action into 4 levels(0~ 3 points),with a total of 21 points for quantitative scoring.It can intuitively reflect the functional defects,lack of exercise ability and the compensation and asymmetry of action mode in the human body,so as to predict the exercise risk of subjects,and make up for the functional defects and improve the exercise ability of subjects through targeted physical function training,so as to reduce the exercise risk,prevent sports injury and finally improve the physical quality,The purpose of prolonging sports life.Through the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and Functional screening,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the daily physical training of naval cadets and the FMS test results.The results show that:1.Most naval cadets have basic physical function defects.After selecting 86 Naval Cadet for FMS functional movement screening,it is found that only 7 people have a score higher than 17.The average score of FMS test is 15.24.Taking 17 as the score threshold of FMS,less than 17 indicates that there is a large movement risk,that is,most naval cadets have basic physical function defects,The flexibility and stability of the body need to be improved,and the problems of asymmetry and motion compensation need to be solved.2.The incidence of sports injuries in physical training is high.74.43% of naval cadets are strain training injuries and 28.67% of naval cadets are acute sports injuries.3.Physical training lacks scientific training guidance,and does not understand the requirements,key points and difficulties,easy to make mistakes,training methods,etc.4.The content of physical training is unreasonable,too much attention is paid to the training of aerobic endurance and upper limb strength,and the development of other physical qualities is ignored.5.Individual differences are ignored in physical training,and appropriate physical training intensity is not formulated according to individual functional level,health status and physical quality.6.Physical training lacks a long-term mechanism.In the process of physical training,we often only focus on the content of this physical training,without a long-term goal and perfect promotion mechanism.Through the questionnaire survey of naval cadets,based on a certain understanding of the physical training status,physical level,physical training injuries and problems in the physical training process of naval cadets,the basic physical exercise ability of naval cadets is investigated through FMS functional screening,so as to find the weak sports chain and deficiencies in exercise ability of naval cadets,In order to provide theoretical reference for the subsequent formulation of physical training plan and the improvement of physical training methods.
