Study On Path Optimization Of Rural Moral Construction From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The Party’s 20 National Congress Report made a major strategic deployment of"comprehensively promoting rural revitalization",but many rural areas are still lacking in spiritual life and moral ideology,rural moral construction has become a weak link affecting the overall rural revitalization.Based on the actual situation of China’s rural development in the new era,how to better improve the level of rural moral construction and give full play to the actual effect of rural moral construction is a frontier issue in the process of China’s modernization.In this regard,China’s academic circles have carried out specific research on the content elements,experience summary,method exploration,path exploration and other aspects of rural moral construction.At present,the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has accelerated the process of China’s agricultural and rural modernization.At the same time,China’s ambitious goal of building a socialist modern country has also put forward new development requirements for China’s rural moral construction.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that "building a beautiful and harmonious countryside" and "improving the level of civilization of the whole society",China’s rural moral construction must change the current situation that lags behind the development requirements of the times.Under the new historical conditions,combined with the current realities of China’s rural conditions,first of all,by combing the actual results of the current rural moral construction in China,from the perspective of organization,ideology,technology and environment,analyzes the practical difficulties faced by rural moral construction in such aspects as the decline of the role of rural grass-roots organizations,the lack of awareness of rural public morality,the single carrier of rural moral education,and the lag of rural moral construction environment,And emphatically analyzes the causes of these dilemmas;Secondly,on the basis of clarifying the basic issues,this paper combs the main contents of rural moral construction,and analyzes the theoretical principles that should be grasped in the process of rural moral construction according to the complex characteristics of rural moral construction;Thirdly,in view of the practical difficulties faced by the rural moral construction,based on the objective reality,discusses the path of the rural moral construction in China in the new era from the aspects of the subject,object,intermediary and ring of the rural moral construction and the system construction.Adhering to the problem orientation,analyzes the concrete measures to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations,strengthen farmers’ autonomy,give play to the role of emerging media in the process of rural moral construction,create a good environmental atmosphere and strengthen institutional security,and ponders the optimization of the path of rural moral construction in China from the perspective of rural revitalization.As an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization,the construction of rural morality is the meaning of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,and also the necessary requirement of building a powerful modern country.The rural moral construction is coupled with the goal of rural revitalization,functional resonance,and the road is the same direction.They promote and support each other,and are unified in the actual process of agricultural and rural modernization.Rural moral construction is a historical and long-term process.It is bound to produce new requirements with the progress of the times,and make further adjustments and improvements according to the requirements to move towards a higher goal.
